Description :
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the last date to change the CTET 2020 exam cities in the application form. The move has been taken to ensure that the candidates are allotted the nearest test centre for the CTET 2020 exam which originally was scheduled to be held on July 5 and will now be conducted on January 31.
Other Information :
The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is conducted every year twice by the CBSE for recruitment of teachers across the country for various positions. However, the exam has been postponed due to COVID-19 pandemic and of late the CBSE has also increased the total number of cities where the CTET 2020 exam would be conducted to 135. CTET application fee is different for different levels, application fee for General/OBC for Level 1 is Rs 1000, application fee for Level 1+ Level 2 is Rs 1200. For SC/ST/ Differently Abled is Level 1 is Rs 500, application fee for Level 1+ Level 2 is Rs 600.
