Description :
The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Chief Manager in Human Resources and Architect. As mentioned in the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2024, there are 02 vacancies for the mentioned position. The selected candidates will be posted in Delhi. The educational qualification is different for both posts (mentioned below). The candidates applying for the mentioned position should have relevant years of experience in the appropriate fields.
Eligibility Criteria :
As mentioned in the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2024, the appointment will remain valid for an initial period of 03 years. The maximum age limit for applying for the above-mentioned position is 45 years. Human Resources: The candidates should have a Post-Graduate Degree in HR from an Institution recognized by AICTE/ NAAC or affiliated to an Indian/ Global University of repute or equivalent. Architect: The candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
Other Information :
The candidates selected for the mentioned position will get a monthly salary of Rs.70000 to 200000 for both posts. As mentioned in the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates will be appointed for an initial period of 03 years, which may be extended further every year, based on the candidate’s performance and mutual consent.
