Description :
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is recruiting for the post of Joint Advisor (Legal) at its headquarters in New Delhi. The vacancies for the said post will be on a Deputation basis initially for a period of three years. Eligible and interested candidates may apply Online only through the official website of the TRAI
Eligibility Criteria :
Candidate must have passed Master’s/ Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Commerce/ Engineering/ Law/ Science/ Humanities from a recognized University/ institution or a membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and possessing requisite experience in the relevant field. Should have work experience in analyzing and dealing with cases and litigation in the High Court and Supreme Court or similar Appellate Tribunals. Should have work experience in examining policy issues from a legal perspective, and the drafting of statutory regulations, directions, and rules. Should be thoroughly familiar with court procedures and tendering of legal advice. Should have work experience in performing quasi-judicial functions or administering tax laws or regulatory functions under a Central Government statute. Candidates’ upper age limit should be 56 years according to their posts as per the last date
Other Information :
Pay Scale:- Level-13, Rs.123100 to 215900/- in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus other allowances such as DA, HRA, etc. as per Govt. Rules. [Pre-revised PB-4, Rs.37400-67000 + Rs. 8700 GP]
