Description :
SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2021: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has invited applications for 25,271 vacancies for the posts of Constable (General Duty) and Rifleman (General Duty). The application process for SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2021 has started and the last date to apply for the same is August 31. The Staff Selection Commission will conduct an open competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Constable (General Duty) in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Secretariat Security Force (SSF) and Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR) as per the Recruitment Scheme formulated by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and as per the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Ministry of Home Affairs and the Staff Selection Commission.
Eligibility Criteria :
The candidates must have passed the matriculation or 10th class examination from a recognised board/ university. Candidates who have not acquired the essential educational qualification as of the stipulated date will not be eligible and need not apply. 18-23 years: as of 01.08.2021. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.08.1998 or later than 01.08.2003.
Other Information :
Applications must be submitted in online mode at the official website of the Commission i.e., https://ssc.nic.in. In the online Application Form, candidates are required to upload the scanned colour passport-sized photograph in JPEG format (20 KB to 50 KB).
